THE DESIGN BRIEF

The illustrative brief is a homeowner who wants to renew the pool finish and surrounding terrace while preserving a calm connection to the waterfront. The first decision would be what can responsibly remain. The proposed design response
A restrained material palette, a resolved waterline and a clear terrace layout would be developed together. The concept image is reused to illustrate the desired atmosphere; it is not a before-and-after record.

A real completed case would identify the agreed scope, appointed delivery team, approved records, dated progress evidence and handover results. This study claims no construction date, client, price or measured outcome.
