This notice describes the information collected through the Veyrune Pools & Wellness Dubai project enquiry site and its intended use. Veyrune is the project brand presented on this site. The legal entity and any appointed construction counterparty must be identified in your proposal before a paid engagement is agreed.
Information you provide
The consultation form collects your name, email, phone number, community, project type, approximate budget, preferred timing and any project description you choose to include. It also records your permission to respond, a submission time and an enquiry reference.
Please avoid sending identification documents, payment details, access codes, medical information or other sensitive personal details in the project description.
How the information is used
Your details are used to review the project brief, respond to the enquiry and organise possible next steps. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to marketing or create a construction contract.
A limited technical connection identifier is hashed and stored to help prevent repeated or abusive submissions. The form also uses an enquiry identifier to avoid duplicate records when a submission is retried.
Storage and access
Enquiries are saved in the site’s hosted database. There is no public page or public listing endpoint that exposes enquiry records. Hosting providers process data as necessary to operate the site, and authorised site administrators can access submitted records.
If an appointed specialist needs your details for a project assessment, the intended recipient and purpose should be discussed with you before sharing. Your details are not automatically sent to a list of contractors by this form.
Cookies and analytics
The site counts page views, WhatsApp link clicks, callback link clicks, phone link clicks and successfully saved enquiries by day and page. These are aggregate event counts, not identified visitors, messages sent, answered calls or sales. The counter stores no visitor ID, cookie, full referring URL or contact details, and skips browsers that send Do Not Track. Counts may include repeat visits or automated traffic. The hosting platform may use essential features for access, security and operation. No advertising pixels or optional marketing cookies are set by the site application.
WhatsApp and phone links
Contact buttons open your phone application or WhatsApp. A prepared WhatsApp message is not sent until you choose to send it. WhatsApp handles messages under its own terms and privacy policy; site click counts do not confirm delivery. A callback request is not an appointment confirmation.
Updating or removing your enquiry
To request a correction, a copy or removal of your enquiry information, use the contact form, mention “Privacy request” in the project description and include your original enquiry reference if available. The request can then be reviewed and your identity confirmed where necessary.
Enquiry information should be kept only for the legitimate project, administrative and record-keeping purposes for which it is needed. Retention for a contracted project may differ from an initial enquiry and should be explained in the applicable engagement information.
Changes to this notice
If the site adds marketing tools, a new data collection feature or a different enquiry-routing process, this notice should be updated to explain the change before that feature is used.
